Well I recently decided to do some bursting at rock lobsters but I don't know which spot to use. Can someone explain the pros and cons of the 7 lobster spot and the 9 lobster spot?

I'm no expert, but when i go to DKs, i usually see them using the stairs and the rock a little east of the stairs (towards the DKs)

I usually get as many lobs as I can around me to burst and just use protect from melee.
