Max out your mage bonus and wear an antifire shield. If using a bolt spell, make sure to wear chaos gauntlets. Bring casts of whatever spell you're using (40-50 per dragon on average), 10+ antifire potions (4), high alch runes, 875 gold for entrance, an axe (preferably one you can drop/alch later on), one or two pieces of food for emergencies. Drink a dose when you start taking damage from firebreath, and make sure to stand a few steps back from the dragons.

 

 

 

Also, I'd suggest only killing iron dragons. They are much easier than steels.
