you need to know barbarian hasta skills inorder to equip. what do i have to do inorder to learn these skills/ where do i go etc..

Otto's Hut - teleport with Games Necklace to Barian Outpost, head south until you see a lake. Follow the lake SouthWest until you find the hut (near a fishing spot icon on the minimap).

i did that but it only taught me about fishing (harpooning and heavy rod) but i still cant use the hasta do i talk to someone else?
