Featured Replies

i've been away from the game for a long time. have the rules for item dropping changed? can i still drop items anywhere for others to find?

thanks, catsup

Anything more expensive than the trade limit does not show up for other players.

i think that any item above 3k that u drop wont appear, as that is the basic trade limit for everyone. even if ur trade limit and that of others increase because u have more quest points does not matter.

thanks for those quick replies!

i am leaving the game because my dial-up server (can't get high speed where i live without a satellite connection) chops things up and slows things down too much.

i have 30 quest points so, i think, my trade limit is a little over $17,000. i want to give things away before i go. i dropped a few uncooked sharks in Varrock and nobody picked them up so i wonder what happened. is a raw shark worth more than 3,000?

if i want to drops money around it will have to be less than 3,000 at a time, right?

Lol, it looks like you got a bunch of half answers here.

Anyways, read this.

It includes item discarding, dying, etc.

Might i suggest, give up on trying to bypass the trade system because:

1. Not gonna work effectively since its been implemented a long time and has been revised and holes have been patched.

2. Against the rules.
