Would it be viable to train range effectively through slayer, using bronze/iron knives?

 

 

 

I know Broad arrows/bolts is better, but I'm just wondering if it's possible with knives.

Using bronze and Iron knives against Black Demons for example would be extremely inefficetive. For most monsters it'd be a waste of money.
