I was wondering if anyone knows which quest you must complete about half of to allow you to use an NPC in rimmington to bank. I remember seeing the quest before but i cannot remember which one it is. If anyone could help me i would greatly appreciate it =D

im not sure, but could it be the lumbridge tasks? like the achivement diaries? anyways ive never seen a bank there before.

I'm pretty sure that quest is Rocking Out.

The quest is Rocking Out, you can use the locker in the new building in there as a deposit box.
