RuneScape won't come up after the title screen

Right after I login, it tries to display a "video ad," but instead the RuneScape client goes black. How do I fix this?

I'm pretty sure, although I don't know where to upgrade since I use a Mac.

 

 

 

EDIT: Sorry if this is in the wrong section. I saw the, "All questions belong here" and I thought that meant all questions that have to do with RuneScape. I guess this kind of does. I don't know, you could probably just move it if it's in the wrong section.
