i'm at the last part of fremminik isles, i just need to kill the 10 trolls and king and i'm wondering if the kill count will reset if i leave the cave, also i want to know if i have good enough stats to handle the final fights

Actually, if I remember correctly the fight continues once you leave the cave...

 

I went for a restock and got a message that there were enough trolls killed, while I was at a bank. :P

if my memory serves me rite, theres some1 near cave enterance (inside) who can supply u with food and prayer potions.

There's a person who'll supply BUT only once... I think.

as long as you tap the troll at least once it will go towards your kill, just tap a load of trolls and then sit near entrance, i can confirm it doesnt reset
