It's probably referring to the crate on the ground floor of the house to the North of the Altar in Seer's Village, which I was able to find using tip.it's handy Treasure Trails Guide.

No it's not Seer's Village. But Kevothius07 is right about the Treasure Trails Guide. It has the correct answer.
