whats good droppers of blue and crimson charms ?

There aren't really any good blue droppers, but for crimson, try waterfiends and rock lobsters.

I have heard that kalphite soldiers drop blue more often, also bork drops 5 blue and 7 crimson every kill,

 

but you can fight him only once every 24 hours.

Best blue dropper: dark beasts.

 

 

 

Abberant spectres, gargoyles, kalphite soldiers & guardians tend to drop blues from time to time too.

Bork is good to do once a day, you'll get more blue charms in the time it takes to kill him than most other creatures.

Blues: Not sure. Kalphite Guardians are ok though.

 

 

 

Crim: Rock lobsters, Waterfiends, Skeletal Wyverns, Dust Devils, Greaters. In that order.
