August 13, 200817 yr I just wanna know if you can put the omni talisman on a runecrafting staff, or if you can turn the omni talisman into a tiara, and how you would go about doing such a thing. Thanks in advance for your help!

August 13, 200817 yr To craft an omni-talisman into a tiara or staff, take it to Wizard Korvak, who can be found staggering about in the Runecrafting Guild, jumping at shadows and being generally terrified of everything.
