August 18, 200817 yr Author uhmm... so theres no req to START the quest. the guide only shows the reqs to FINISH. i dont plan to FINISH the quest. only START 108qp is the only req to start the quest then?
August 18, 200817 yr You must have 107/8 quest points (can't remember exactly.) You also need to have completed all the required quests like Underground Pass if you want to know the requirements exactly go and visit the guard outside.
