Well first off i was curious on a few peoples sigs ive been looking at

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

i noticed that alot of people have a cartoon character in theres that looks alot like other peoples and i was wondering if people got this from somewhere and edited it or if they all made one and they just happen to look all the same

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

another thing is that i make stuff on Macromedia Flash MX and was curious how to make that into a sig or avatar?

I believe you are referring to Buddies. There are numerous Buddy Kits you can find on various RS messageboards. There should be some topics here about them just use the search. It's like playing a dress up game...you put new clothes on the paper doll :roll:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

As for flash, just save/export the file into .gif format and it can be used as a sig as long as it fits the 300x150 and 30kb file limits. I've used Flash before so I know it can be done ;)

Well if by flash movie you mean including a preloader and any possible interactiveness then it won't work. It'd have to stay in a .swf file and those aren't allowed here, sorry.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

As for you making a new topic about the buddy kit..did you try searching the forums like I said? There's a nice search button near the top of the page.

Well, to put sigs or any kind of pictures, you need a photo host. It's just a website where you put your pictures and stuff and then it gives you a link that you can put on these forums to make the picture appear. The link is like a URL, and you just put tags around it, like this : . As for your signature, you have to do the same thing, only go up to the top of the page where it says profile, and there you will see how you can change everything and put your signature.

after you get your working .gif or watever supported format ready and its under the limits 30kb and 150X300 then go to imageshack.us click browse and find your pic upload it then under all the urls it gives you find the one used on forums and messageboards it should be in the [\img] tags hgilight it copy it and paste it into your signature under your profile
