well ive got bored of skilling ,and with the upcoming pvp updates wondered if i could try my hand at pking. would it be to late to become one or should i start anew?

Well it depends on how much work you want to put into it, if you decide you want to turn that account into a PKer (it has the potential) you'll spend a large majority of time training before you can start PKing. However if you decide to start a new account you'll spend a small amount of time getting skills up in order to make money, but you can raise your stats by PKing so it won't be so boring.

 

 

 

If you want to use your current account to PK, I'd aim for these stats for now:

 

 

 

75 Attack

 

85 Strength

 

75 Defence

 

~82 HP

 

70 Prayer

 

85+ Range

 

82+ Mage

 

x Summoning

 

 

 

Combat Level - 105

 

 

 

If you choose to be a melee/mage then work your strength and magic up to 99, if you want to be a range/mage then get your range and magic to 99 as well as your defence up to at least 90+. I'd leave your summoning for now so it doesn't interfere with your combat level any more than it has now. When you reach those stats, if you were to fight another lvl. 105 they'd most likely have at least one stat at 99 (most likely strength), and you'd be at a pretty large disadvantage. It's safe to raise summoning once you've obtained maxed stats for the type of pure you want to be - even if you aren't 99 HP by then you can still raise summoning because 99 HP will take longer than you think, and it doesn't make that huge a difference if you were to fight a person who had say 96 HP and you 92.
