Okay i think something is wrong with tip.it's max hit calculator. It says i am supposed to be able to hit 25 with a Rune B-axe with prayer, and 22 with rune Scimi. yet i can only hit 23 with B-axe and 20 with scimi... Whats wrong?

Were you on aggressive when you tried it?

 

Did you have the same items on that you specified in the calculator?

 

Even if those 2 are correct I've found the max hit calculator to be a tad high with its estimates.

The calc at some of my levels around the 70 - 88 str was off by 1 hit unpotted. Yet 2 off is a little bit high. Have you clicked strength potion and prayer on? If you have the str pot will decrease and it can be hard to hit the max hit.
