Does it activate if a 0 is hit, or only if a non 0 number is hit?

 

 

 

For example:

 

 

 

I cast vengence

 

Friend hits a 0 on me

 

Taste Vengence! (0 damage returned)

 

Friend hits a 40 on me

 

 

 

or would it be

 

 

 

I cast vengence

 

Friend hits a 0 on me

 

(vengence does not activate)

 

Friend hits a 40 on me

 

Taste Vengence! (30 damage returned)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

EDIT: another question: Does vengence stack with recoils (75% + 10% = 85% returned) or not.
