I am a little curious about why they changed the 'Navigation Bar' you know, the thing on the the right side of the screen. well it's gone now and i'm curious as to why they changed it.

I guess he means in RS.

 

They changed the normal layout and but your inventory, spellbook and such in buttons on the bottom right.

 

This is done because the RS window is now resizable, if they would have kept the old layout it wouldn't be possible to resize it.

It's only rearranged if you go full screen or resizeable, BTW. You can play HD in fixed windowed mode and all the icons are where they belong. :thumbsup:
