hi tifers, i just joined back rs after a 6 month brake and was wondering if there is any new methods on training rc? if so could you please send me a link to the guide.

There is the new minigame but overall this does not increase xp rates. There is a decent guide for f2p by Mauranius that contains some good info. You might also want to read up on assisting methods.
