White/ Black knights range training

haii, im trying to find this white/black knight training ground thats supposed to be good for f2p, 2 problems,

 

 

 

1. Was it whtie or black knights? :oops:

 

2. where is it, ive been lookin through the white knight castle and found not much.

1.White knights - Falador white knights fortress

 

Black knights - Black Knights fortress near monastery

 

 

 

2. If you want a good spot to range white knights at, climb to 2nd floor where the torture room is.

 

If you want to range black knights, use the barricades outside the fortress as cover then range the 3 black knights across. Alternatively, you can enter the fortress and range the black knights across the long dinner table.
