Dieing and PKing

I have an idea about how to improve player combat in runescape, because currently it's obviously flawed.

Here's all the points that make up this idea:

-When you die in the world, you lose no items, but time. When you die you'll appear in some ghosty overworld or something, where you have to complete some maze to get back to the world. How long it takes, depends on where and how you died (I.E. you died from a monter, a player, during a multiplayer game, during a duel, ...). For example, when you die from a duel, you don't really have to finish any long maze, you can go back almost immediatly. You'll respawn right where you died, or, if in some multiplayer game, at respawn points near the game location. This way you're similar to monsters who also respawn after a certain time.

-When you die in the wilderness, you lose all your items. Even if you didn't PK, you still lose all your items. There's no prayer to keep your items either. That's what makes the wilderness so wild.

-You can attack people anywhere, including the normal world. If you kill a person however, you become a vile murderer for one game hour, and if you attack a person without killing him, you become vile murderer for only 5 minutes (so that the other person can defend himself without becoming vile). The lower the level of the person you attack is below you, the longer above 1 hour you'll stay vile.

-Killing vile murderers is considered a good deed.

-Your number of kills, vile kills and wilderness kills is remembered in your score.

-Like in the wilderness, the normal world has zones with different level differences where you can attack each other.

-For vile murderers the following rules count:

*) Everyone can attack a vile murderer *without* becoming vile

*) If you attack someone who is *not* a vile murderer, you become vile

*) In the wilderness you don't become vile for attacking someone

-The reason you want to kill people outside the wilderness is not for their items since they drop nothing, but only for experience, fun, and if the person is being annoying as a punishment for him.

-You can't attack people in places like lumbridge, varrock, etc... because the guards will yell that you can't.

-In the wilderness, everyone can attack everyone without becoming vile murderer (with still the level restrictions).

-You can choose to respawn in lumbridge instead of where you died, in case you're stuck somewhere.

-Dueling is somewhat like RSC again: you can duel anywhere, without anyone becoming vile murderer, and you respawn right away after the duel at the same location.

-In other words, you'll die more often by players, but lose less.

I think some points need to be improved but I find it hard to think how, please give constructive criticism.

Runescape: Lodev (Combat level been fixed at 101 for years now, Total level 1500+, playing since march 2002)

Arenascape: Lode (Level 240+ Warlock)
