You could fish lobs and cook them so you'll make a profit. Or if you wanted to get it done really fast, you'd have to buy raw lobs from GE and then cook but that would be much more expensive. I'd go with the first option because you're raising an extra skill and also getting profit.

I used tuna from the manage thy kingdom minigame + cooking gauntlets. Cheap and fast =]
