Please Help With Sound Problem *pics*

Ok, so I'm trying to listen to music and an error pops up and I'm not too comuter savy so please help me.

 

 

 

Ok first and formost before you tell me to reinstall drivers I don't have cd's and I don't know which driver to check out, here is my driver list for sounds and audio

I am using a very old laptop ( Around the Year 2000 ) It is an IBM thinkpad R31 with windows xp. If you need any more information please tell me, as I need to get sound fixed by tomorrow.

Go to tools, options, devices, speakers, properties

 

 

 

Uncheck the 24 bit audio thing. Click advanced, make your speakers the default.
