Basically it all loads up, right to the point where during the actual graphical loading of RS it gets to 'Starting 3D library' then all of firefox shuts and crashes.

 

 

 

It never happened before the update, any ideas?

I'm unable to reproduce your problem, but here's a couple things to try/do.

 

 

 

1. Be sure that you're using the most current version of the Java Runtime Engine at Java.com.

 

2. If you're using AVG virus protection, I had problems with AVG web protect block RS from loading/running.

 

3. Try clearing your browser cache (temp files) (Tools -> Options -> Privacy tab -> Clear Now button) in case FF3 is using a corrupted cache. FF3 has had an issue with some plugins and how it uses the cache with them. Typically clearing your cache solves those type of problems.

I have got the newest java, I don't have AVG, I presume the third thing is the same as pressing ctrl + shift + del?

 

 

 

It was working just before the update, now it refuses to and still crashes, may have to install an older version of FF for the time being..

And now i've got the problem to just affecting the HD version, hmm...

Couldn't get it to work with FF3.0 so I did a roll back and installed FF2.0 and it works fine (http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-older.html)

 

 

 

Guess i'll wait until the new year to retry 3.0.
