My Guide has the requirements that u need

Heres the info you wanted (I just happened to have it easily to hand)

 

 

 

Agility : 60, Attack : 70, Construction : 50, Cooking : 70, Crafting : 66, Defence : 65

 

Farming : 53, Firemaking : 51, Fishing : 65, Fletching : 50, Herblore : 57, Hitpoints : 0

 

Hunter : 48, Magic : 66, Mining : 60, Prayer : 50, Ranging : 60, Runecrafting : 50

 

Slayer : 59, Smithing : 69, Strength : 60, Summoning : 19, Theiving : 63, Woodcutting : 72

 

 

 

Incindentally its worth remembering that the minimum levels required to get all quests is not the same as the minimum levels youll have after you've completed all the quests cos a few of the rewards tip you up an extra level :)

 

 

 

Its also worth noting that those stats will only give you about 68 combat and youll need 85 combat to do smoking kills and dream mentor.
