Herblore guide and all other herbs/pots

Since unidentified herbs were removed, all herbs are now either "Grimy" or "Clean", but this update isn't reflected in the Herblore guide and other areas where herbs are mentioned (such as Attack Potion(4) in the item database). In addition, there is no such thing as "Guam Leaf" anymore, just "Guam".

The Combat Potion, which increases Attack and Strength at the same time, increases them at 15% each, meaning that it's a combination of Attack and Strength potion combined (because of that fact, I got rid of all my Attack and Strength potions).

All regular (not barbarian) antidote potions should be renamed to Antipoison+ and Antipoison++ (according to the Grand Exchange, this is how they're actually named). In addition, Superantipoison should have a space in it, becoming Super Antipoison.

Stat Restore, doesn't exist anymore, it's now called Restore Potion and Restore Mix.

There's a lot of stuff that needs to be corrected, I would advise (but not telling you, don't want to sound bossy =P) you to look over everything in there.
