Fastest is buying maple logs and then fletching into longbows

 

Just cut willows and fletch yourself if youre poor

XP wise I did maple longbows, from 62. I mined my own ess, crafted my own nats, and profited like, horribly for the time it took >_>. But it was eventually free, and was AFKable.
