i think you can. if you use photoshop, delete the background layer bit of it. and then use the lasso tool, select the white space(s) and delete. that solves the transperancy part.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

then re-edit in image ready or whatever software you used for the animation, then save it again as a .gif, that should work i think. :roll:
