Can someone tell me what the best way to get tokens in warriors guild is. I know that beating animated rune armour gives you like 40 tokens but i am wondering how often the rune armour can break if at all.

In my opinion kill animated mith armour.

The rune armor won't break at all, but it'd be too powerful, so I'd go with mith. I'd suggest 1-2k tokens. And getting the defender won't take long if your lucky.

It depends on your levels and speed I guess, I was level 90 combat when doing it and using adamant armour (sometimes rune for fun, it hit's 13's. :ohnoes:)

Shot putting is the way to go.

 

 

 

It uses run energy so either take a tip in the Oo'gLoog pool or bring super energy restores. You'll get max points each throw, spare a few you will randomly drop.
