I need some help on reducing an animation filesize

Ok so I got this animation:

Very simple, but it has 51kb with 14 frames if I'm not mistaken. (Animated with ImageReady).

How can I reduce it's file to 30kb? I never did an animation, so I'm used to saving for web with photoshop, and just got stranded here.

I made it 30kb, but the colors were reduced too much, another option is to lower the resolution :D

I would help you but I have that same problem I don't know how to reduce filesize when they are animated either.
