klankaos Posted October 4, 2008 Share Posted October 4, 2008 It was... entertaining. I'm not going to say it was good, because it wasn't a spectacular book. It was poorly written, and wow plagiarism, apparently. But even if it was predictable, full of fantasy cliches, slightly overwrought vocabulary-wise, and etc, it was still fun to read. I liked Brisingr a LOT more than I liked Eldest, though, for sure. Eldest was pretty crappy. And Eragon was middling at best. Uhm... Meant to say something else, now I forgot. Bloody hell.
