My range is 45 I also have 51 defence try killing ogres. or any other low leveled monster is good at your level really. once you hit 55ish you could try yaks on neitiznot with iron knives. works pretty well from what ive heard.
September 26, 200817 yr What quest is for yaks? Otherwise thanks for the info. \ Fremmy isles. I don't think you can do it with that def unless you use massive prayer potions. You could try training at moss giants and hill giants too. Once you get 60+ you can go to better places. 95/99 Summoning95/99 Slayer [hide=This is what you look like when you play RS too long][/hide]
September 27, 200817 yr At your range level I often recommend ogres at King Lathas' training camp (need to do Biohazard) or moss giants north west of ardougne.
