Well that is what I call it, you make 20-25 penguins go to an area that is usually crowded with people an unexpectedly wind up the penguins and release them and watch people go nuts. So the plan is to Penguin Bomb World 2 Grand Exchange and make everyone go NUTS!! I've set up a layout below where people will stand and release penguins to make sure we get the WHOLE area. Must have started and or finished Cold Wars Quest. 8 lvl Crafting to make Clockworks. 30 lvl Crafting to make Penguin Suits. 1 silk, 1 plank, 1 clockwork mechanisim. We'll be using my house in Yanille to make the Penguins or you can make them at your own house on your work bench.
