Can't say you'd be really efficient at aviansies.

 

 

 

Try the moss giants north of ardougne(west of fishing guild), they drop ranarr and snapdragon seeds often and have low defence.

 

 

 

I trained my range to 70 there. Once you get into the seventies it gets more fun because you hit a lot better.
