Considering my skills and a budget of about 1.3m what would be the best outfit? Mimesenior Posted September 30, 2008 Share Posted September 30, 2008 Just use rune until you have enough money for barrows or you could buy barrows now if you have 70 defence. Also use the best weapon you can. Buy a Black Mask, don't bother with the charges on it, just buy one without no charge.
