June 25, 200521 yr If it was called a "fire cape" or "water cape" etc., I'm pretty sure JAGeX would make it so they affected stats. If you just want a new, flashy, red and yellow cape, then by all means sew one. I'll just say, "sew what?" Oh, boy. lpinkus
