mmm, good idea, but there's 1 thing. runescape have so many different type of capes, so people would be confused. like new players, they would winder like "what tha ***?" if there is like 500 different capes.

Pixels make me horny.

If it was called a "fire cape" or "water cape" etc., I'm pretty sure JAGeX would make it so they affected stats. If you just want a new, flashy, red and yellow cape, then by all means sew one. I'll just say, "sew what?" Oh, boy.
