I am making a runescape fansite and i have tons of guides but unfortunetly i cannot make very good website templates so if anyone here would make me one it would be very appreciated plus i will give you credit for the design.

i would like it to be free as i will give the auther credit but i could give them a few 100k on runescape

People are pretty greedy these days so good luck finding a free one. Have you tried just downloading a free template and modifying it?

nope that would suck i make my own (even is they are crap) or someone else makes me one this is all i have so far
