Earlier i tried to go on the runescape forums to sell some stuff, when it said i was banned because i had broken a rule and when i was unmuted i could go on the forums again. The thing is in game i can talk fine, not muted and when i try to check the appeal ban the page wont load.

 

 

 

Anyone know whats wrong?
