October 12, 200817 yr I'm having a little trouble connecting my KRZR mobile phone up to my computer. I have followed the instructions and downloaded the correct drivers off the Motorola website, and when I connect my phone up to the computer it appears as Removable disk (F:). However, when I click on it I get the error message "Please insert a disk into drive F:". I am confused as to why this is happening. My computer normally connects up to usb sticks and my brothers iPod fine. The only other issue I have which might be related to this is that I have a 'ghost' G: drive. Any ideas what could be the problem? Many thanks :) "In the beginning, the universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move."
October 15, 200817 yr Doesn't it use Motorola Phone Tools software? No software came with the phone? I've had trouble in the past using MPT though, it's not the best.
October 15, 200817 yr Author I didn't get any software with the phone :/ The manual just said to switch usb settings to 'memory card' mode and the drivers should install themselves. That gave me said problem, and downloading official drivers off motorola's website hasn't helped. Anyway, I'm going to contact Motorola support. Thanks anyway though.
