i made a member account and done getting clue stuff

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

i've allready had a level 2 clue.. is it possible to get a level 3 clue without dont any quest?

You can get any clue any time, but i STRONGLY recommend you to do quests before you attempt to do lvl 3 clues.
