i got a clue (lvl 2 i think).

 

the clue is: search for a crate in the ground floor of a house in seers' village

the crate is in the house with phantuwti fanstuwi farsight. south of the bar.

this clue was in the guide under the "search" section, but that wasn't working out well for most of us who like to search using Ctrl-F.
