And should I do full HD or a lower detail level? (I have the appropriate videocard, though)

Definitely doable with what you've got there. You might get some suggestions to switch out for prayer boosting gear due to your relatively low level in prayer, but I'd say between your good defense level and the Guthan's set, you should finish with several of your restores left over. Good choice of guides, and perfect inventory. Good luck.

Maybe I should take karils top + veracs skirt or something instead of karils skirt?
