f2p lvl 102 stat help plus ammy question

so i am lvl 102 f2per been that way for a long stinking time. all i like to do is pk but i am always end up on the losing side and not getting kills.

 

 

 

what should i do for better pk results with these stats.

 

att 84

 

def 80

 

str 85

 

hp 83

 

55 pray

 

71 mage

 

65 range

 

 

 

And for pking which ammy is better, ruby or diamond?

The amulet of strength is the better one if you just meelee. (which i assume you do)
