can't get on runescape

Featured Replies

since the website update where a random world is selected, which was meant so that you just need to click once to get to the login page, i have not been able to play the game. it takes a long time for the log in menu to completely load, and once this has loaded, i type in my login details, but it lags as i do this. it then plays a video advert for 10 seconds and goes back to the login page, which has a countdown saying: "displaying video ad, login in will commence in 10s..." after a bout a minute, the 10 second countdown is over and the game screen turns white so i cant actually play the game...

does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Try deleting all your cookies and cache from Internet Option Tab, restart computer and try again. If still doesnt work, try using another browser such as Mozilla Firefox.
