P2P Str Pure Equipment?

Hey I just got members the other day and wasn't sure which kind of equipment to get.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

My current stats attack 40 (will keep it at 40 for a while), 68 strength, 62 range and 50 mage.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I wasn't sure which equipment gave the most strength bonus and was unsure if there were better body armors than iron?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

PS. If someone can tell me where to train melee stats that'll be a bonus :

Wear D Hide Legs and Vambraces,Mage Hat and Robe,Power Amulet,some arrows,and A bow/scimmy in hand (no shield).First of all train str to 70,mage to 60,and range to 70,then go out and PK.

Flesh Crawlers, found in 2nd floor of SoS, are the best since they only hit ones.
