I know that the more loot you carry, the better loot you receive when you kill someone. Just wondering, if I wear my ranging cape in f2p, does that count as 99k worth of loot on me? or is it worth nothin in f2p?

Also, it only matters if you have 25k, any more doesn't matter.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The 25k has to be un protected.
