How hard would it be to get a fire cape with my stats (below), as well as how much would it cost?

V helm>torag helm, karils top> black dhide top, v skirt> proselyte skirt, fury> glory, archer ring if you can afford, barrows gloves> black dhide vambs, ranger boots > snakeskin boots, accumulator.

 

 

 

2K broadbolts and 100 diamond e for jad if you want.

 

 

 

3 range potions, 5 brews and the rest super restores for inventory.
