It's not too bad, what you need to do is go through the Taverly dungeon, which is west from falador. Going over the agility shrotcut(if you can) leads you more or less there.

 

If you still have problems, look at the World Map for the dungeon sign.

 

 

 

When you get there, you'll see a gate and some suits of armour. They'll attack you. Just proceed through the dungeon, you'll be able to tell if you're going the right way because there will be magic axes flying around. Keep walking until you reach an area with giants, and further on black knights. (ignoring the lava.) Look around until you find a prison. Kill the guard to get the key to it, and go inside. The man locked up will give you the dusty key. Go back to the lava, and cross it, past the lesser demons to a large door. Use the dusty key here to reach the blue dragons.

When i 1st went in there 4 days ago when i just got membz last week i found it myself =D

 

tip.it has a lot of resources. just check their maps and stuff
