November 5, 200817 yr Well I wanted to do a few barrow runs... and am wondering what to do.. (please don't say get levels: I don't want to do that :P).. My levels are: 83 attack, 87 strength, 86 defens.. 88 hitpoints, 65 pray (won't level it!) 86 ranged, 78 magic Now I'm wondering what to wield/what in inventory: If I'm doing black sallys what's the general idea (black sallamanders for everything, or the melee brothers, and what armor)? Or if I go a more "old" approach what armor should I take? (can't buy godswords yet though..) have basically this in bank: verac set guthan set fury, dboots, fighter torso, dskirt zammy book, rune defender, or spirit shield (?) whip (dds, and halberd) void ranged black dhide set + archer helmet (might buy god coif if it's really nice) rune crossbow enough supplies to do a lot! (runes arrows, food aren't a problem).. What you advice to take with me? I'm going to try to stay there for more than 1 run: what should I take in that case? First they came to fishingand I didn't speak out because I wasn't fishing Then they came to the yewsand I didn't speak out because I didn't cut yews Then they came for the oresand I didn't speak out because I didn't collect ores Then they came for meand there was no one left to speak out for me.
November 6, 200817 yr If your going to use black sally, you should use it on all the melee brothers, use dds on karil and range Ahrim. I got lower combat stats than you do and i could almost K0 karil with all 4 dds specs. for ranged i just took 100 emerald (e) bolts, poison quckly and hit high. for equipment, veracs helm chest and skirt, mystic boots, best cape for defense or prayer, fury or glory. If your going for multiple runs, bring more prayer pots, if just one i used monkfish.
