say you just started slayer at lvl 1 slayer. You talk to a slayer master according to your combat level. Then, they assign you with a monster that requires like 5 slayer to kill. What happens?

I'm guessing this is hypothetical and hasn't actually happened.

ah so if im lvl 84 but with 1 slayer, i wouldnt be assigned to like jellies, and the monsters that require slayer to kill right?

Nope.

 

 

 

You can only be assigned slayer monsters of a particular level, when you reach that slayer level. Hope that's cleared it up for you.
