Ive got a Mac OS X, but i dont know how to make/edit images, someone plz tell me how!

Just like on a pc you first need graphic design programs such as Photoshop, unfortunatly I don't know if Graphics Gale is on the mac. Then you just save it in those programs, just like you would do on a pc, and upload it. Not much different really.
